Estimating System Interfaces
Compusource has developed interfaces with a number of vendors that supply estimating systems to the moving & storage industry. A few of the features include;
- Exporting pre-order shipment information from SalesTrak to 3rd party estimating systems
- Importing shipment information to SalesTrak or VanS from 3rd party estimating systems
Record Storage System Interfaces
A few major suppliers of Record Storage Software for the moving industry have partnered with Compusource to expedite moving revenue information into the VanS accounting applications. Selected features include:
- Importing client revenue data for updating the VanS accounts receivable system and optionally printing invoices and/or customer statements
Interfaces to 3rd Party Service Organizations
Eliminating the re-keying of specialized service requirements is a big time saver, and Compusource has worked with 3rd party service organizations to create interfaces that eliminate duplicate entry and reduce keying errors. With the touch of a key pertinent shipper information within VanS is automatically transferred to the selected service organization's web pages, saving time and reducing errors.
Commercial Warehousing System Interfaces
Suppliers of Commercial Warehousing Systems have developed revenue exports into VanS for printing invoices and updating accounts receivable information.
