VanS CONNECT
VanS Connect opens the door to a world of possibilities allowing clients access to VanS data through Microsoft Access, Excel, Crystal Reports, and other popular ODBC compliant applications.
VanS Connect includes:
- 32-Bit Client ODBC Driver
- Data Dictionaries for VanS data files
The Data Dictionary is provided for all VanS modules, giving you access to:
- Shipment Information
- Operations Data
- Sales Analysis
- MoveTrak Data & SalesTrak Data
- Customer and Vendor History
- General Ledger Financial Data
VanS data can be exported to allow the creation of windows-based spreadsheets and reports.
Graphical images (pie charts, bar graphs, pictures, etc.) can also be produced using VanS Connect.
Knowledge of Access, Excel, and other 3rd party ODBC related software products is necessary to make full use of VanS Connect.
VanS FAX
The VanS Fax system will increase the efficiency of any moving and storage company by reducing the time and effort required to manually send items through the fax machine.
From each workstation, using a single fax modem, VanS Fax allows the faxing of any item that can be printed, including:
- Shipment Screens & Memo Screens
- Operations Screens & Reports
- Invoice Reprints
- Dispatch Tickets & Custom Forms
- MoveTrak Information
Items with graphical overlays, such as company logos, can be faxed from any VanS workstation, producing a professional copy every time.
Microsoft Excel and Word documents, created on any networked Windows PC, can be faxed using the VanS Fax modem.
